Submission Deadline : March 31, 2026
All abstracts must be submitted on or before 31st March 2026. Early submission is strongly encouraged.

Abstract submission guidelines

The title
The title should be concise and reflect the study and/or results. Shouldn't be more than 15 words⁠
Author & Affiliation Section
• List all authors in agreed order.
• Include full institutional names, city, and country.
• Ensure consistency in formatting across affiliations.
• If collaborative, group institutions logically.
The background
The background should have relevant information on subject matter of the study. Should end with a line or 2 stating the knowledge gap the study is addressing and the aims of the study⁠
Methods
Methods should say in concise detail the key methods used in the study.
Results & Discussion
-Present only key findings
-Focus on epidemiological interpretation, not raw data.
Conclusion
Summarize:
• What the findings reveal
• Public health implications
• Clinical relevance (if applicable)
Final Submission Checklist
Before submission:

✔ Clear objective stated in Background
✔ Sample size mentioned in Methods
✔Results & Discussion

Checklist continued
✔ Interpretation (not repetition) in Conclusion
✔ Word count within limit
✔ No unexplained abbreviations
